About the service

El Primer Feca is a tool used to manage content and public comment workflows for authorized Instagram accounts. The service is provided by Democracy Earth. For support, contact santi@democracy.earth.

Authorized use only

Only the owner of an Instagram account or someone expressly authorized by the owner may connect that account to El Primer Feca. You may not use the service to access or manage any account you do not have permission to operate.

Publishing and replies

The service may publish content or replies to comments only according to the configuration and authorization you provide. You are solely responsible for the content you approve or publish through the service.

Prohibited use

You may not use El Primer Feca for:

• Abusive, spammy, or misleading behavior.
• Unlawful activity or content that violates applicable law.
• Activity that violates Instagram’s terms, platform policies, or community guidelines.
• Accessing accounts or data without proper authorization.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will always be supported.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to El Primer Feca if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, if required by platform or legal obligations, or if continued operation would harm the service or its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
